Cancellation Policy – If you wish to cancel your account with us you can do so at anytime by contacting us. Your account and data will be removed from our servers and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy – All fees paid to Newsletter Sender are non-refundable, unless an account is terminated by us for a reason other than violation of the Anti-Spam policy whereby Newsletter Sender may, at their discretion, make a full or partial refund of unused Credits.
