In your Newsletter Sender account select NEWSLETTER > IMPORT/EXPORT and then under 'Get email newsletter from' just select URL
Each subscriber will have a status, (OK) being subscribers you have manually added or (S) being the ones subscribed from your website subscription form, you can view/filter different status' by going to 'Lists & Contacts' and then select the mailing list, tick the 'Filter' option and then from the drop down list select the required 'Status'
We use Spam Assassin's SPAM scoring service which gives an indication of the likelihood of your email being caught in server level spam filters.
Once logged in to your Newsletter Sender account select SEND > SEND TO A MAILING LIST, select the newsletter you want to check, add the subject line, from name etc and then click on 'Check Spam Score' ..
How is my spam score determined?
If a newsletter is checked for a spam score:
1. We send the newsletter to our proxy server.
2. Our proxy server scans the newsletter using Spamassassin.
Spamassassin - the industry standard in spam detection. Spamassassin has a up to date database of values which is used to determine if a newsletter contains any spam risks.
3. After scanning is complete, the newsletter is sent back with a spam score.
An online and exportable PDF report will be available detailing the open rates, links clicked (pointing out the most popular), unsubscribe requests, bounce and if applicable forwarding stats.
The campaigns can be sent out in multi-part, html and text, this allows the recipients mail box the choice of which version to show.
